VANGA a little village on the Kwilu was where three young Canadians met Dan and family. We grew a lot under the tutelage of Dan and Miriam and the local and expatriate fellow servants of Christ. In going through memorability we felt that this brief report to my medical school after our three year term would bring to life the crucible that molded Dan's focus and passion.
