I will never forget the many days spent with Dan during the workshop I attended that he did entitled "Building a Healthcare System." There were only three of us. A New Ager from New England and a pastor from Kenya who asked me to help him shave his head one night. After the conference I asked Dan what the plan was for making his material part of a permanent curriculum somewhere. As he so often said to me "Mike they (seminaries, med school, etc) just don't get it" in a way only Dan could say it.
